Last Friday Ella and I took a field trip together to the ballet. A local dance company was doing a production of "The Nutcracker" and I thought she might really enjoy it. They get some kind of arts grant that allows them to have a special showing for school groups with really low ticket prices. We went with our homeschool group (who I don't really know anyone in, I just like to go on their cool outings). Some of the dancers were younger than her! We had lunch together at Palace Pizza afterward, then she went with me to the mall to pick out a dress for a Christmas party Scott and I had last night. I would have taken more pictures, but my camera battery died about halfway through the ballet.What a fun girl's day!
