Yesterday was Papa's birthday so last night we celebrated it at our house. So much easier than dragging all the kids out to a restaurant somewhere. My four little helpers helped me make dinner - scalloped potatoes and ham, green beans and rolls, and of course the cake. It is a yummy chocolate cake recipe I got from my friend Sabra a while back with a homemade chocolate glaze that hardens on top. I will have to post the recipe sometime :)
Papa we are so glad we got the chance to celebrate your birthday with you! Thanks for all you do. We love you!
