I only remembered to do it because I have been asked about 13 times this morning what we are having for dinner tonight! :)

please share with me how you make your homemade pizza. do you make your dough in the bread machine? i would love some tips...i've been wanting to try it that way for awhile, i just haven't done it yet.
Actually that is one dough recipe I don't make in the bread machine because it doesn't have to rise. Here is the recipe:
1 T active dry yeast
1 C warm water (105 to 115* F)
1 t sugar
1 t salt
2 T oil (I use olive oil)
2 1/2 C flour (I often use whole wheat)
Dissolve yeast in water, add in other ingredients and mix. Dump onto floured surface, knead until smooth (about 5 minutes). Roll out and press onto greased pizza pan. Add toppings, bake at 450* for 12-15 min. until crust looks crispy and lightly browned.
This recipe is perfect for one grown-up sized pizza or 4 mini-pizzas that your boys can make themselves. My kiddos love kneading the dough and picking out what toppings they will put on theirs.
thank you!!
why oh why can't we be neighbors??? the fun we would have...not to mention our kiddos would be in heaven!! :)
