Some Pre-Christmas Fun

The kids got to practice their present-opening skills the other day when Grandpa and Grandma sent them a little surprise package in the mail. They got some fun Christmas plates and cups that light up and blink (which we will use for Christmas dinner at our house) and some fun snowman ornaments to paint. She also sent some Christmas crafts I had done as a kid, probably when I was Caleb's age, that she had kept all these years. It's fun to think that someday I will have those from our kids! I just love Christmas and all the tradition associated with it. And what a fun time to share about the birth of our Saviour!
