Last night we had the first Core Group Training for our neighborhood church plant. It must have been the Holy Spirit because there were more people at Bible Study than I think I have ever seen. We enjoyed a delicious barbecue dinner that someone donated and then our future pastor did an explanation of what exactly was happening and the proposed timeline. He also took questions from anyone that had them. It was really exciting to sit in the room and know that our family will be part of something like this (yet terrifying at the same time)! Please pray!!
