I was so uninspired by the leftovers in our fridge today at lunchtime. I don't care too much for sandwiches which is why I waited until we got home from the museum to eat, but then I concocted this for myself...
...black bean and cheese nachos with salsa and sour cream - YUM! We found these multi-grain chips at Sam's and they are so much better than regular tortilla chips (and actually cheaper).
And yes, I was just as excited about the Diet Dr. Pepper.
And yes, I have just taken yet another picture of food... don't judge!
And yes, I ate the whole plateful myself (I forgot to eat breakfast).
